• FaithTunes may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate platform rules or safety requirements.

3. Platform Use

FaithTunes supports church staffing, musician profiles, jobs, bookings, messaging, setlists, Worship Tools, virtual rehearsals, academy content, marketplace workflows, and related operational tools.

• Use FaithTunes only for lawful ministry, marketplace, collaboration, and worship-preparation purposes.
• Do not misuse platform data, impersonate others, disrupt services, scrape without permission, or bypass security controls.
• Do not upload harmful code, fraudulent content, explicit material, harassment, hate speech, or unlawful material.

4. Community and Trust Standards

FaithTunes is designed for worship and ministry communities. Users must act professionally and respectfully in profiles, messages, bookings, reviews, support requests, setlists, and rehearsal spaces.

5. Bookings, Payments, and Marketplace Transactions

• Booking and marketplace terms may vary by plan, transaction, agreement, invoice, or contract.
• Stripe-powered flows may be used for subscriptions, checkout, invoices, marketplace purchases, and booking-related payments.
• Fees, commissions, refunds, cancellations, and disputes are governed by the applicable checkout, booking, contract, and support workflows.

6. User Content and Worship Materials

You are responsible for the content you upload or share, including media, portfolio assets, charts, lyrics, arrangements, and worship project data. Only upload or share content you have the right to use.

7. Worship Tools and Generated Results

AI-assisted chart, lyric, stem, and analysis outputs may require human review. FaithTunes may show source, confidence, reviewer, evidence, and provenance states so users can avoid over-trusting generated material.

8. Availability and Changes

FaithTunes may update features, pricing, policies, routes, or workflows. The platform may experience outages, media-provider blocks, third-party service limitations, or maintenance windows.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

FaithTunes is provided as-is to the fullest extent allowed by law. FaithTunes is not responsible for user misconduct, third-party platform outages, rights disputes, failed media imports, or outcomes outside the platform’s control.
